Vikram Singh is the co-founder of WFC’s Asian network and serves as their EVP Middle East & Asia Pacific. He is the Managing Director for Air Logistics Group and the other WFC companies in the Middle East and Asia Pacific. Mr. Singh has led WFC’s growth in Asia from 2 offices in 2010 to over 30 offices across Asia Pacific today. Prior to joining WFC in 2010, Mr. Singh spent 19 years on the airline side,17 years with KLM in regional and global positions in the Middle East, Asia, Africa and Europe. In 2008 and 2009, Mr. Singh worked with Qatar Airways to manage its Cargo Division based in Doha.
During his career, Mr. Singh has specialized in customer focused change management from turning around poorly performing routes, building new businesses to enhancing premium revenues through both b2b and b2c customer strategies. Aside from his corporate responsibilities, Mr. Singh was also a “Jedi Master” at the KLM Academy where he conducted master classes for Middle Management on Customer Strategy.
Mr. Singh is a graduate in Hotel Administration has post graduate executive education diplomas from Wharton, IMD and HEC. Mr. Singh has been based in Hong Kong since 2010.
